This is the start to your journey to health and wellness.  The purpose of this first module is to introduce you to the course.  By the end of this first module you will understand what you will be doing in this course to earn points and you will also to get to know each other a little bit better.

You will start by reviewing a website titled "Are you ready to be an online learner?"  Please take a few minutes to review this site and make sure online learning is the right fit for you.  Online learning is very different than traditional classroom instruction and takes a lot more personal responsibility and time-management.  

You will then review the course syllabus and take the syllabus quiz.  It is very important that you understand what you are asked to do in this course, so please carefully review the syllabus to know the expectations.

You will then complete an anonymous survey about your health.  This survey is a chance for us to see how healthy we are as a class. 

Lastly, you will introduce yourself using our class Padlet wall.
